Why Should You Buy Kia

Looking for a quality ride that is well worth the money? Aren't we all. With so many Automakers in the market, all yelling their name at the top of their lungs vying for your business, it can be hard to discern which is truly for you. We are hear to help. At McGuire Kia we believe that Kia is the best Automaker because of a number of reasons, but we prefer to let the facts do that talking.

  1. Value - You've probably heard your grandfather comment on the lack a quality in a Korean car and there was a time when he wasn't wrong, but that was nearly 30 years ago. In fact, in the four years since just 2012, Kia's brand value is up over 50%, and an astounding 6.5x since 2007. In the time since then Korean cars, especially Kia, have taken it upon themselves to offer quality at a bargain price. Many features that you only find in luxury brands like BMW and Audi are found standard in the "middle of the road" trim levels Kia has to offer. That's right. We're talking genuine Nappa leather, heated steering wheel, ventilated seats, heated rear seats, proximity power folding mirrors and courtesy lights all priced the same or below the competitors. But hey, the competition has… well… not panoramic sunroofs. Yea, we have those too. You might be thinking that with all of the features and such a low starting price the materials used must be of low quality. In fact, it's the exact opposite. Out of 33 Auto Manufacturers Kia was ranked 1st in J.D. Powers 2016 Initial Quality Survey.
  2. Warranty - Kia takes pride in quality and have such confidence in their product that your Kia comes with one of the best warranties in the business. With a 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty you have the peace of mind knowing that Kia has your back.
  3. Style and Technology - In 2006 Kia underwent a complete redesign to make sure that they would remain on the cutting edge of modern design for the years ahead. In doing so they used the same concept artist responsible for the Audi designs everyone has come to recognize. This lends to the brands overall luxury appeal. The exterior may be nice but the interior is where the real magic is. Kia has recently rolled out a few great features such as Surround View Monitoring and a Heads Up Display.

  • With the same small cameras and sensors around the car that provide safety features, such as lane departure assist and blind spot monitoring, you receive Surround View Monitoring. These cameras reconstruct the area around your vehicle to create a birds eye view of the area above making parking maneuvers easier than ever.
  • The Kia Cadenza offers an available Heads Up Display. This is a small projection onto the bottom of your windshield allowing you to see all relevant driver information, such as speed and navigation instruction, without taking your eyes off of the road.

Still not convinced? That's okay we saved the best for last. Every year Consumer Reports complies an Overall Score for Manufacturers based on a combination of road tests, predictability, owner satisfaction and safety. Out of the 31 Manufacturers on their list Kia ranks number 6. While six is an over-all good ranking we take extra pride in knowing who ranked above us. Four were luxury cars and the fifth was Subaru. Thats right! Out of the five cars above us four of them were Luxury brands. Kia was the second non-luxury brand to rank.  Go ahead and take a look at the list below.
